HR and Office Administrator

Copyleaks is an artificial intelligence-powered plagiarism detection SasS platform which is used by hundreds of educational institutions and enterprises around the world to help identify and track plagiarism.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employees are compliant with HR policies
  • Manage the hiring and onboarding/ offboarding processes of employees
  • Responsible for development of training and onboarding materials
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters
  • Stay up to date with employee laws and regulations
  • Responsible for preparing and executing employee activities (ex: happy hours, lunches) and events (ex: holiday party)
  • Prepare and manage company-wide Zoom meetings
  • Support employees with travel arrangements
  • Manage the day-to-day office operations
  • Direct communication with co-working space management office
  • Purchasing of office supplies/ snacks/ relevant merchandise for employees
  • Provide support with office deliveries and errands
  • Monitor the office operating costs against the budget

Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 2+ years experience as an HR & Office Administrator
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation in NY and relevant states
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills/ Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
